My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is grounded in attachment theory, which helps clients understand how early relationships and experiences influence emotions, behaviors, and patterns in current relationships. By viewing challenges through this lens, I can help individuals, couples, and families recognize how connection and relational dynamics shape their sense of self and interactions with others. This understanding provides a foundation for deeper insight, emotional safety, and meaningful change.
I also integrate evidence-informed methods tailored to each client’s unique needs. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) supports strengthening emotional bonds, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages values-driven action and mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps explore and heal internal parts. Complemented by strengths-based and solution-focused strategies, this integrative approach empowers clients to build confidence, enhance coping skills, and create practical, lasting changes in their relationships and daily lives.
